What I can and will draw:
Just about anything; humans, canines, anthros, creatures, pets, or personal characters. I will not draw copyrighted characters or characters that do not belong to you, however. Meaning I will draw OCs(Original Characters) or from photos. Nor will I draw any sexual themes.

How to order:
Contact me by any means above and tell me about what you want. Have a clear and up to date reference; I am not responsible if you forget to mention something. I might work from description but be prepared for lots of questions and sketches(staying in touch will be especially important if you decide to commission me to draw a character by description). If you have any questions, you can always ask me.

Payments:
Payment will be through *Paypal and paid before I start your commission, but do not send payment before I give the okay. Payment plans can be worked out for larger commissions at request. Traditional pieces will only be sent to addresses in the U.S. or Canada and you will have to pay for shipping. I'm not responsible if something happens to it in the mail.
*Unless you decide to commission me in person(IRL).

Staying in touch:
I will always do my best to stay in touch, I should hope you would do the same. I will send you a WIP at anytime you want and will keep you up to date with the work being finished. That way we can ensure you are happy with the end piece. If you do not stay in touch, your commission will take longer to complete and, if I cannot get ahold of you for an extended period of time, your commission may not be finished at all with no refunds.

Refunds and Cancellations:
We both have the right to cancel at any time. They only time you will receive a full refund will be if no work has been started. If there is a cancellation, whatever work has been done will be sent to you and the remaining cost returned to you. For example, if you order a fullbody with a background but only a sketch has been finished, you will be charged for the sketch but the remaining portion of the payment will be sent back to you. You will not receive a refund if you are not happy with the end result(But, as stated in the 'Staying in Touch' section above, I will keep you up to date with the work being done and WIPS so we can avoid this).

Use of my Work:
You cannot use my work in any manner in which you will be making a profit unless we have discussed it prior. You cannot claim credit for the artwork. Credit where credit is due. You may use it for icons, wallpapers, or other personal uses. If you have any questions about the use of my artwork, please do ask. I can use your commission as examples/in portfolios/personal promotion but will not claim the characters in the artwork. If you see someone using my work(copied, trace, stolen, ect) and you believe they might be using it without permission, please tell me and give me links.
